Baccherosse

PIEMONTE DOC ROSSO
A still red wine with good alcohol content. Consumed young, it is very fresh, has lively acidity and tannic sensations but also offers a fruity softness and balance. Over time, thanks to its versatility, it acquires structure and a pleasant spicy note, combining an intense aroma of dried fruit that blend into a vinous but composed and continuous aroma, marked by a characteristic and unmistakable note of cherry. Accompanies any meal and, if aged, also grilled red or white meat. It is also excellent with medium-aged cheese.
