The Gold Tasting includes a visit to the Winery in Nizza Monferrato. A journey which leads to the discovery of the life cycle of grapes: from the arrivals of the grapes from the vineyards to the pressing of grapes, then to the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks and the ageing room. It also includes a detailed overview of the cooperative wine cellars architecture in 1950s and the description of the innovative waste water treatment process.
The visit includes the tasting of the following wines:

- “ Le Pole” Barbera d’Asti DOCG
- “Ceppi Vecchi” Nizza DOCG
- “ Orifiamma” Moscato d’Asti DOCG
- “Cesco” Vino Barbera aromatizzato
The tasting will be accompanied with homemade grissini by Fongo Bakery, canapés, mature cheese, salami by Leva’s butchery, pastries by Marabotti Patisserie.
