Vinification and ageing: After a soft crushing of the grapes, free-run must is kept in autoclaves at a low temperature till the sparkling stage and subsequent bottling. In this way the wine will always remain fresh and fragrant, with a persistent aromatic richness and a strong mark of its varietal purity.
Tasting notes: Aromatic wine, sweet and lively. Intense straw-yellow colour, with a characteristic fragrant and delicate scent of musk, highlighted bb sage, acacia flowers and lime. A sweet, pleasant and fulfilling taste, slightly alcoholic.
Alcohol content: 5% vol.
Pairings: Excellent with desserts, cookies and fruit salads. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
