The first description of the Barbera grape variety and its diffusion dates back to the early 19th century thanks to Giorgio Gallesio, according to whom Barbera was mainly cultivated in the so-called golden triangle where the city of Nizza Monferrato stands out. Therefore, producing a wine from the best Barbera grapes from vineyards over half a century old was a natural choice for us. The organoleptic properties of the “50 Vendemmie” fully express the great characteristics of such long-lived vines.
