Brachetto d’Acqui DOCG
The Brachetto grape variety is one of the oldest in the Piedmont region, which is why it has undergone numerous nomenclature variations over time. Although officially known by the term Brachetto, it is called Borgogna in the Canelli area, Brachettone in the Roero area, Braquet in the area around Nizza Marittima, but in Nizza Monferrato it is called “Ducarosso”.
