Barbera d’Asti DOCG

With ‘InOrigine’ Cantina di Nizza chooses to recover the past, its own first and foremost, and does so with a Barbera d’Asti DOCG from organic grapes, made as it was made in 1955 when the winery was founded. Going back to doing things simply, abolishing herbicides and using products of natural origin. The grapes are all organic and processed with indigenous yeasts. The label? It could only be 100% cotton. ‘InOrigine’ is truly the expression of the philosophy of the Cantina di Nizza, which over the years has carved out the important role of ensuring continuous improvement in the quality of its products through concrete actions.
