KORAL
Spumante Brut Rosè
It was Federico Martinotti, director of the Experimental Institute for Oenology in Asti, who invented and patented the method of controlled refermentation in large containers in 1895, later adopted around 1910 by the Frenchman Eugène Charmat. These words highlight healthy Italian pride for a fermentation method that saw the birth of our “Koral” among Italian sparkling wines.
