BARBERA D’ASTI DOCG
The ruby red colour and the very winy aroma are its main traits. With fruity notes of blackberry and cherry when it is young, while ageing it develops a bouquet, always winy, but more structured and rounded. It can perfectly accompany red meat, poultry and game and it is the indispensable partner of Monferrato’s dishes, first of all the bagna càuda.

Vinification and ageing:Vinification is traditional, with maceration on the skins for about 7-10 days at a temperature of 25-28°C. Malolactic fermentation takes place as soon as the alcoholic fermentation ends. A period of aging in the bottle follows in order to bring out its uniqueness and exceptional smoothness

The taste denotes a wine of character, full-bodied and very harmonious.
Alcohol content:13.5 % vol.
Pairings:It goes perfectly with red meat, poultry and game and it is the indispensable partner of traditional Monferrato cuisine, first and foremost bagna càuda. To be served at 18°C.
