Obtained from a selected blend of Chardonnay and Cortese, it is refined by a refermentation phase providing an agreeably sparkling effect. Excellent with fish, it can also accompany a meal.
Best served cool, between 8°-10°C.

Vinificazione e affinamento: After soft pressing. the must is stored at a low temperature until the second fermentation, which takes place in an autoclave at a temperature of about 15° C. The product rests on its yeasts for 12 months before being bottled.
Scheda organolettica: White wine made from a cuvée of Chardonnay and Cortese. The wine was refined by means of of second fermentation, which gives a pleasant, fresh and lively sensation. Straw-yellow in colour, the wine has a fruity and delicate aroma, with a lively, dry, elegant and slightly bitter taste.
Grado alcolico: 11.5% vol.
Abbinamenti gastronomici: It goes well with fish and, in general, throughout the meal.
Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
