Brilliant white wine, it is a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon, vinified as white, coming from imported vines, then successfully cultivated in our local territory. Short term élévage in little oak barrels. Perfect with rich fish plates, as well as hot hors d’oeuvres. 0

Vineyard age: From 10 to 30 years
Grape harvest: Hand-picked, after perfect ripening, in the first half of September
Planting density: 90 quintals per hectare
Vinification and ageing: After a gentle pressing of the grapes with fractioning of the must, alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless-steel vats. A small portion is fermented in oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation is carried out, followed by 6 months ageing in contact with the yeasts. Finally, after 6 months of aging in the bottle, the wine is ready to be sold.
Tasting notes: White wine made by assembling Chardonnay and Sauvignon vinified in white, from imported grafts and successfully grown in our area . It undergoes a élévage of several months in small oak barrels. Straw-yellow in colour with distinct gold reflections, aromas that lead to citron and exotic fruits. Large and dense in mouth, very savory and with a long-lasting aftertaste

Pairings:It goes perfectly with fish dishes , as well as hot appetizers during the winter season. To be served at 10° C.
