Vinification and ageing: After a gentle pressing of the grapes with fractioning of the must, alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless-steel vats. A small portion is fermented in oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation is carried out, followed by 6 months ageing in contact with the yeasts. Finally, after 6 months of aging in the bottle, the wine is ready to be sold.
Tasting notes: White wine made by assembling Chardonnay and Sauvignon vinified in white, from imported grafts and successfully grown in our area . It undergoes a élévage of several months in small oak barrels. Straw-yellow in colour with distinct gold reflections, aromas that lead to citron and exotic fruits. Large and dense in mouth, very savory and with a long-lasting aftertaste
