NIZZA DOCG
This is the gift oered by the old vineyards on the best hills in Nizza’s delimited area. Its colour is a wonderful garnet red with mauve reexes, its aroma is reminiscent of ripe fruit, liquorice and vanilla and it possesses a balanced and never aggressive avour. A great wine for roast meat and game. Recommended serving between 18°-20°C.

Planting density:70 quintals per hectare
Vinification and ageing:After careful selection of the vineyards and the grapes, fermentation is carried out for about 10-15 days at a controlled temperature of 28°C in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the tank, and is followed by maturation for 12 months in French-oak barrels and there then follows a final ageing in the bottle for at least six months.

On the palate there comes to the fore its important, aristocratic structure, though nicely balanced and never aggressive.
