Piemonte DOC Rosato

Our “Conterosa” is obtained by processing red Barbera grapes that are vinified in white, i.e. the marc is left for a short maceration, usually 2 hours in the press. The skins yield part of their colour to the must, this process is limited according to the desired degree of colour intensity.
