Especially when wine is made, and the origins speak to us every time we walk between the rows, pick grapes or shake the hands of those who have been cultivating it for generations.

With “InOrigine” Cantina di Nizza chooses to recover the past. Its own first and foremost. With a Barbera D’Asti DOCG and a Nizza DOCG, made as it was made sixty years ago when the winery was born. More natural, more simple, more good wine.

ORGANIC IS SIMPLE,
ORGANIC IS GOOD

We go back to doing things simply. We have abolished herbicides, we only use natural products like sulphur, copper, pyrethrum. The grapes are all organic. The wine has no added sulphites and we ferment it with unselected wild yeasts. We have also chosen a light bottle, 100% cotton label and screw cap to produce less CO2.
