Straw-coloured wine with a fruity and delicate bouquet and a lively, dry and bitterish flavour. Perfect with grand shellfish dishes. Best served cool, between 8°-10°C.

Vinification and ageing: Soft pressing of grapes and fermentation of the must carried out in stainless-steel vats at a temperature of 16°-18° C. Malolactic fermentation is inhibited in order to preserve the freshness of the wine.
It is kept on its lees for about 50 days to increase its organoleptic complexity.
Tasting notes: Straw-yellow colour, a fruity and delicate aroma with a lively, dry, elegant and slightly bitter taste.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
Pairings: A great wine for an exacting gastronomy, better if fish-based. It is particularly suitable with crustaceans. To be served to 8-10°C.
