BARBERA D’ASTI SUPERIORE DOCG
This wine is the result of a painstaking selection of grapes from the best Barbera vineyards of Nizza Monferrato. A product which deserves the label “Superiore” just because of being matured for 6 months in large oak barrels. For this reason, to the superb characteristics of the Barbera d’Asti of Cantina di Nizza are added the intense hints of nuts that blend with its winy aroma, composed and ongoing, marked by a characteristic and unmistakable note of cherry. Perfect with meat-based dishes.

Planting density:90 quintals per hectare
Vinification and ageing:After careful selection of the grapes, fermentation is carried out for about 10 days at a controlled temperature of 28°C in stainless- steel vats. Malolactic fermentation in tanks, followed by refining for 6 months in large Slavonian-oak casks and aged in the bottle for at least six months.
