Grignolino d’Asti DOC
The name Grignolino probably originates from the Asti dialect term “grignòle”, i.e. grape seeds, as the berries of this variety are particularly rich in them. It is an atypical red wine, characterised by delicacy, freshness and refinement, rather than by power and aromatic intensity.
