Light straw-yellow wine with green reflexes and a personal aroma of flowers and fruits, with hints of apple and banana. It is dry, savoury and agreeably bitter, excellent with see food and fish.
Best served between 8°-10°C.

Vinification and ageing: Soft pressing of grapes and alcoholic fermentation carried out in stainless-steel vats at a temperature of 16°-18°C, to preserve the wine’s freshness. This is the first of our wines to leave our cellars.
Tasting notes: Light straw-yellow in colour with green highlights. It has its own personal aroma, delicate and fragrant of flowers and fruits. A persistent taste, well balanced, dry, savory and pleasantly bitter.
Alcohol content: 12,5 % vol.
Pairings: A great wine for fish starters, especially fired ones. Suitable also as an every-day wine, with tomato risotto or white meat. To be served at 8-10°C.
